On June 30, 2024, Indian Consulate San Francisco, in collaboration with United, Indian American Association,(UIAA) Indian Association of Los Angeles,(IALA) Indo American Social Association, (IASA),Vaishnav Samaj of Southern California and Jain Center organized a highly successful Consular Camp in Irvine under the initiative of Consulate@doorsteps. We are happy to share that around 200 individuals benefited from various consular services provided during the camp. A big thank you to our dedicated team, partners, and the community for making this event a success. Your support is invaluable.

Consul General, Dr.K.Srikar Reddy visited the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), Pasadena, CA, on June 27, 2024. He met with Director, Dr. Laurie Leshin and discussed the ongoing and future collaborations between ISRO and JPL, including the jointly developed NASA–ISRO synthetic aperture radar (NISAR) satellite. He also met with the NISAR mission team led by Project Scientist Paul Rosen. NISAR satellite will be launched into space by ISRO from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota this year. NISAR satellite will use advanced radar imaging to map the Earth, including changes in ice sheets and glaciers, biomass, and land around volcanoes and earthquake faults.

In celebration of the 10th International Day of Yoga, a comprehensive two-day yoga workshop was organized by the Bihar School of Yoga in collaboration with the Consulate General of India, San Francisco. Held on 22 and 23 June, 2024, in Sunnyvale and Gilroy, California, respectively. The program included a series of yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques designed to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

The Indian Consulate, San Francisco, in collaboration with the India Association of Phoenix, celebrated International Day of Yoga in Phoenix, Arizona! Consul Mr. Jaswant Singh represented the Consulate for this enriching event. Special thanks to the incredible instructors Shyam, Anshula, Soluna, Kahitij, Prabhat, Babu, Raman, Jatin, and Hamant from the India Association of Phoenix for guiding us through a wonderful yoga experience.

The Consulate General of India, in collaboration with Heartfulness, community partners FOG, and AIA,supporting partner SBI celebrated the 10th International Day of Yoga at Heartfulness Institute in Fremont. Over 350 participants joined, with elected officials and special guests like Acharya Lokesh Muniji and Bhai Saheb Satpal Singh Ji gracing the event. The Consul General, Dr. Srikar Reddy, addressed the gathering, highlighting the benefits of yoga. Advisor to President Biden for Asian Americans, Ajay Bhutoria, presented a recognition from the California State Assembly to Dr. Srikar Reddy. Children from AIA and FOG delighted us with a beautiful cultural yogic dance.

On 06 June 2024, Consul General Dr. K. Srikar Reddy attended the Envision India Conference at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, CA, hosted by Asia Society Northern California. During the event, CG gave presentation on the Rise of India & Reflections on India’s 2024 Elections. He spoke broadly on the contours of India's impressive growth and strengthening ties with the USA ; specifically highlighting the massive democratic exercise in India, where around 642 million voters cast their votes in the general election, with unprecedented participation by Indian voters across all the Indian states. He emphasized India’s burgeoning economy, strategic capabilities, and leadership in innovation, reflecting on the country's global position and future prospects.

Consul General Dr.KSrikar Reddy gave the inaugural address at ‘Pinnacle 2024’, the IIM Americas SF-Bay Area Chapter Conference with the theme ‘All Things AI’, on May 18, 2024, in Palo Alto, CA. He highlighted India’s growth story, investment opportunities, the role of AI in social empowerment and inclusive economic growth, and India’s AI Mission. After his address, he also had an interactive discussion with the participants during the Q&A session. About 200 IIM alumni attended the event.

Consul General (CG), Dr.K.Srikar Reddy, was the keynote speaker at the ‘India/US Climate Agenda Session’ at the 17th Annual VerdeXchange VX2024 Marketmakers' Conference held at Omni Hotel, Los Angeles on May 13, 2024. The Panel was moderated by Mr.Gunjan Bagla, CEO, Amritt Inc. and included distinguished panelists Mr.Siva Gunda, Vice Chair, California Energy Commission, Mr.Paul Rosen, Project Scientist, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and Mr.Anil Tammineedi, Partner, Angeleno Group. CG highlighted the recent measures taken by India to achieve net zero emissions by 2070, including India’s ambitious renewable energy program and investment opportunities in the clean economy. The panelists underscored the tremendous potential for collaboration in clean technologies between India and the US.

![Consul General[CG] Dr. K. Srikar Reddy attended the 2024 Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) Conference & Trade Show on 23 May 23 2024. This event, held in partnership with the California Hotel & Lodging Association (CHLA), took place at the South San Francisco Conference Center. The gathering brought together many hoteliers and small business owners. CG appreciated AAHOA for its considerable impact on the US economy and its efforts to strengthen trade relations between the USA and India, especially in the hospitality sector.
