Bids are invited towards purchase and secured installation of CCTV system having 64 Channel NVR, upto 45 CCTV Cameras with 30 days recording, NETWORK BULLET IR CAMERA (FIXED) for Consulate General of India, at 540 Arguello Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94118.

Chapter I - Instructions to Bidders
Bids containing Technical Bid and Financial Bid for contract valid for next one year from experienced & registered firms, complete in all respects should be submitted addressed to the Head of Chancery, Consulate General of India, at 540 Arguello Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94118 by email /courier to reach before the deadline of 1700 hrs. on 17 August 2022. The submitted Bids should clearly carry the subject line “Bid Submission towards purchase and installation of CCTV system having 64 Channel NVR, upto 45 CCTV Cameras with 30 days recording, NETWORK BULLET IR CAMERA (FIXED”. All tenders received after the deadline will be summarily rejected.
- All bidders should submit along with the Tender the following documents:
- Separate bids in the prescribed Technical Bid Document and Financial Bid Document (proformas attached in chapter II and III).
- Both the above documents must be signed by authorized signatories of the bidding firm with a seal / stamp.
- Self-attested photo-copy of registration of the company / firm proprietorship with the concerned authorities.
- Annual Report (where statutorily required to be filled).
- Details of experience in the field of CCTV security installations with Embassies and Consulates/reputed Companies/Government agencies, etc.

- The bidder should be a company or firm duly registered with the concerned authorities in San Francisco. Bidder must be a firm with a past record of providing CCTV security installations in California, USA. Consulate General of India, San Francisco reserves the right to reject bids from firms who are blacklisted by Governments of USA or India for poor performance in the past, or those who do not have adequate experience in the field of security services.
- The bids will remain valid for 270 days from tender closing, for award of contract after obtaining approval of competent Indian authorities. No price escalation would be allowed.
- The successful bidder has to sign a contract with the Consulate General of India in an appropriate form for execution of the contact.
- First the Technical bid will be opened and the pre-qualification of the bidder will be assessed and then financial document of only those bidder [s] who meet the technical criterion will be opened.
- The winning bidder would be required to dedicate one supervisor /manager who can be contacted for all queries / requirements.
- Installation & Commissioning, Supervision and Demonstration of the goods.
- Providing required jigs and tools for assembly, minor civil works required for the completion of the installation
- Supplying required number of operation & maintenance manual for the goods.
- Accessories & Consumables: The separate price list of all accessories and consumables, if any, must be attached/ enclosed along with the Bid.
- After Sales Service: After sales service centre should be available on 24 (hrs.) X 7 (days) X 365 (days) basis. Complaints should be attended properly, maximum within 24 hrs to ensure an uptime of minimum 95%, wherever applicable.
Guarantee / Warrantee Period: The Tenderer has to indicate the gurantee/ warrantee period of the CCTV system.
