Applicant Guidelines

1. Register and log in using a valid email address at eSEWA on https://indianconsularservices.mea.gov.in/consularServices/

2. Choose your service and complete the application and upload required documents and submit for scrutiny.

3. Once the online scrutiny of the documents is completed by the Consulate, you will receive an email to your registered email conveying the same and, thereafter, you may proceed with submission of the original documents, applicable fees (Money order/Cashier’s cheque) and submit it via post (with prepaid return shipping label) or in person at the Consulate.

4. If physical submission, appointment for the submission at the Consulate maybe obtained from https://www.cgisf.gov.in/apt/appointment.php

5. Keep your application reference number for future correspondence.
