7th INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA

Consulate General of India, San Francisco observed the International Day of Yoga at the historic Palace of the Fine Arts in San Francisco on June 26, 2021. The occasion was graced by the world renowned Tabla Maestro Padma Bhushan Ustad Zakir Hussain and representatives from the San Francisco Mayor’s office. The participants were taken through a Yoga session by qualified yoga teachers from yoga schools in California. Ethnic media including India West, India Post, TV Asia, YO India TV, TV9(Telugu) covered the event. Consul General and Ustad Zakir Hussain addressed the gathering on yoga, M-Yoga App, Little Guru (Sanskrit) etc.,
