Dr. Prasanta K. Pattanaik was presented Padma Shri by Consul General Dr. T.V. Nagendra Prasad, on behalf of the Government of India, at a community function in Los Angeles. Dr. Pattanaik expressed his gratitude to the Government of India, Hon’ble President and Hon’ble Prime Minister of India for conferring him Padma Shri award. He also thanked Hon’ble Minister of Home Affairs of India for his congratulatory letter.
