Consulate General of India, San Francisco in collaboration with Indiaspora organized an interactive session with Startup Policy Forum (SPF)'s startup delegation visiting from India on September 4th, 2025, at the Consulate office.

Acting Consul General Mr. Rakesh Adlakha and Consul(Commerce) Mr. Abhishek Kumar Sharma welcomed the Startup Policy Forum delegation from India and Silicon Valley leaders at the Consulate in San Francisco, highlighting the deepening collaboration between India’s dynamic startup ecosystem and the Bay Area’s innovation hub. Shweta Rajpal Kohli, President and CEO of SPF, also addressed the gathering by introducing SPF as a pioneering alliance dedicated to policy advocacy, community building, and positioning Indian startups on the global stage. The SPF delegation also included some of India’s most successful startups such as Practo, Physics Wallah, StockGro, and Frogo, showcasing the strength and diversity of India’s startup ecosystem.
