Consulate General of India, San Francisco in collaboration with Art of Living Foundation, hosted a yoga and meditation event at the Gadar Memorial Hall on December 15th, 2025. Mr. Michael Fischman, a founding member and former president of the U.S. Art of Living Foundation, shared insights on the Art of Living Foundation's mission to spread the transformative power of yoga and meditation. The event attracted over 100 people from across Bay area. Shri Harish Kharbanda Consul spoke about the significance of yoga and meditation in promoting mental and physical well-being, emphasizing their role in fostering inner peace and resilience. The event concluded with a group session of guided yoga and meditation, leaving participants feeling refreshed and inspired. The gathering exemplified the shared commitment to wellness and unity across cultures.
