A remarkable feat in the journey of 'Consulate at Your Doorstep' Consulate General of India, San Francisco is pleased to announce the launch of a new Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) in San Jose, expanding outreach to serve the Indian community in and around San Jose. Ambassador of India H. E. Mr. Vinay Kwatra virtually inaugurated the Centre along with other new ICACs across the US. At the ICAC in San Jose, Consul General Dr. Srikar Reddy was joined by diaspora leaders.

Now available in San Jose: Passport, Visa, OCI, Power of Attorney, Birth & Marriage Certificates, Attestations, NORI I/II/III, PCC (for foreign nationals), Life Certificate (non-pension) and more. A number of new services such as form filling, photographs, photocopy, and return courier service, etc., are being introduced at no additional cost.
